Raising funds for our self-financed "Parents Resource Centres"

Location: 
Hong Kong Island (Volunteers can indicate their top three preferred flag-selling areas during registration, and we will try our best to accommodate.)

Each volunteer will receive a Certificate of Appreciation.

Your support is crucial! Help the Heep Hong Society Parents Resource Centres continue providing diverse and comprehensive services to support families with children with special educational needs (SEN).

• Professional Counselling and Peer Support: Assist parents and caregivers in managing the stress of caring for SEN children.
• Enhancing Knowledge and Skills: Organise training and workshops to improve parenting knowledge and skills for parents and caregivers.
• Promoting Community Connection: Hold public events to raise awareness of inclusivity and foster a supportive community.

Notes

1. Upon confirmation of registration, we will send an email in late May with important details, including flag bag collection, suggested flag-selling areas, and volunteer guidelines.
2. Children under 14 years old can participate in the Flag Day if accompanied by an adult guardian.
3. Corporate and group participation is welcome.

Acknowledgements

We express our gratitude to Bank of East Asia and Bank of China (Hong Kong) for lending some of their branches to facilitate the collection and return of materials by volunteers.

The Director of Social Welfare has approved three organisations to conduct flag days on 7 June 2025 in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories, respectively. Heep Hong Society has been authorised to conduct flag selling on Hong Kong Island on that day.
