The 18th Great Chefs of Hong Kong was successfully held on 21 May 2009 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The Guest of Honor, the Honourable Ronald Arculli, GBS, JP, Chairman of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, joined over 1,000 guests in enjoying the extravagant food & beverage served at the event.
