Senior Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll, final payments, ORSO/MPF contribution, and tax report to IRD in line with legislation and company policy. Monitor the payroll process and ensure the deliverables to be completed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in annual salary benchmark, salary review, performance appraisal, contract renewal, audit, and staff communications
  • Responsible for record management and policy updates
  • Prepare analytical reports for management review, such as costing, budget and turnover
  • Monitor and administer different group insurance policies, including medical, life, employee compensation, public liability, property-all-risks and money insurance, etc
  • Support the development of HR Information System and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders in system enhancement
  • Assist in employee relations activities, such as AGM cum Annual Dinner, Staff Forum, Orientation, etc
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or equivalent  
  • 5 years' HR generalist experience
  • Well versed with HK Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Hands-on experience in handling payroll with Microsoft Excel
  • Strong exposure to HRIS System, and able to give constructive opinions to streamline the payroll process 
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel formulas
  • Detailed-minded and well-organized
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, proactive and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, and Chinese 
  • Immediately available is preferred
