The 19th Great Chefs of Hong Kong was successfully held on 11 May 2010 at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The Guest of Honor, the Honourable Ronald Arculli,GBS,JP,Chairman of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, joined over 1,000 guests in enjoying the extravagant food & beverage served by 40 food and beverage participants at the event. The draw of “Grand Raffle 2010” was also held at the event.
The funds raised will go to our Parents Resource Centres to provide training and support service to children with special needs and their families. Our special thanks go to Mrs Lucina Ho, Prince Jewellery & Watch Company, and Grand Hyatt Hong Kong for their continuing sponsorship, Heep Hong Ambassador Ms Kay Tse, participating hotels, restaurants and beverage suppliers, patrons who bought tickets to support Heep Hong, and volunteers who helped sell raffle tickets.
The year 2011 marks the 20th anniversary of the Great Chefs of Hong Kong. The 20th Great Chefs event will be held on Thursday, 2 June 2011 evening from 6pm to 9pm at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. Stay tuned for more details about ticket reservation of the event.
