The Director of Social Welfare has approved Heep Hong Society to sell flags in the Hong Kong Island region on 21 November 2009 (Saturday) to raise funds for our Parents Resource Centres.  The funds raised will go towards supporting the operation of non-subvented Centres which provide comprehensive support and counseling services to the children with special needs and their parents. 

We now invite individuals and groups to be volunteers and sell flags on the flag day. Children under 14 are also welcomed if accompanied by parents.
