Ms Chau Kit Yee, Assistant-Centre-In-Charge of Heep Hong’s Pak Tin Centre, was awarded the first prize at the Social Work Day 2009 (HK) Essay Competition organised by the Social Work Day 2009 (HK) Organizing Committee, which published a book containing all the winning articles in late September.
